1 · How refunds work

When you buy a TrueBrick report, your payment is processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the Merchant of Record for the sale. Refunds are therefore issued by Paddle, under the Paddle Refund Policy. You can request a refund within 14 days of the date of your purchase, and any refund is made to your original payment method.

2 · How to request a refund

To request a refund within 14 days, use the “View receipt” link in the Paddle receipt email you received after your purchase, or visit paddle.netand choose “Request a refund.” You can also email us at hello@truebrick.co.ukand we'll help you with the request.

3 · Digital products supplied immediately

TrueBrick reports are digital products that we begin producing and deliver to you immediately after purchase. At checkout you'll be asked to confirm that you understand your report is supplied right away and that you have 14 days from purchase to request a refund. Paddle reviews each request and may decline it where there is evidence of fraud or refund abuse.

4 · If something goes wrong with your report

If a report doesn't arrive, is faulty, or isn't as described, contact us at hello@truebrick.co.ukand we'll put it right. In addition to your refund rights above, if we ever build your report for the wrong property because of a genuine mistake on our side, we'll produce the correct report for you at no extra cost — just let us know.

5 · Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights as a consumer under applicable law, including your rights where a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. Where the law or Paddle's policy gives you greater rights, those greater rights apply.
