The terms on which TrueBrick Ltd provides its reports. Please read them before you buy.
Last updated: June 2026. This is a plain-English summary for the v1 launch and will be expanded before live payments. It does not yet constitute final legal terms.
1 · Who we are
TrueBrick is operated by TrueBrick Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 17175011). You can reach us at hello@truebrick.co.uk.
2 · What a TrueBrick report is
A TrueBrick report is pre-offer property intelligence compiled from public data sources. It is provided for information only. It is not a survey, a structural inspection, a regulated valuation, legal advice, or financial advice. The Offer Range is negotiation guidance, not a valuation or a recommendation to transact.
3 · Accuracy & data sources
Reports draw on third-party and public data (including HM Land Registry, the Environment Agency, the EPC Register, Historic England, planning.data.gov.uk, Police UK and Companies House). We present this data faithfully and record any source that was unavailable in the report's coverage matrix, but we cannot guarantee the underlying records are complete or error-free. Always confirm material findings with your solicitor and surveyor.
4 · Payment
The Core report is a one-off payment of £39, taken securely via Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record. You will receive your report by email after payment confirms.
5 · Refunds
Reports are sold through Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and refunds are handled by Paddle under the Paddle Refund Policy. You can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. Reports are digital products supplied immediately, so at checkout you confirm you understand this and that the 14-day window applies. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
6 · Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any report is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for decisions you make on the basis of a report; those decisions, and the professional advice supporting them, remain yours.
7 · Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here at the time of your purchase.
